Information and Communication Technology (ICT)

The school has Microsoft Surface tablets, iPads, laptops and desktop computers available for student use and a wireless network available in most areas of the school.  We have 1:1 devices for all students from Grade 1 to Grade 6. Our Prep and Kinder students have access to devices but this is shared between the 2.   Students are encouraged to develop their ICT skills through a variety of grade-based learning activities. The school has a subscription to Mathletics and Reading Eggs for all Prep – Year 6 students.

We are building our Digital Technology Resources and currently have invested in 3D Pens, Beebots and Ozobots. This is a growth area of learning and we will continue to update our resources to support students’ curiosity and learning.  Students from all grades can access these devices. At any opportunity we source other devices from borrowing libraries and collegial schools.
